Embarking on a sewing journey often leads to unexpected adventures and invaluable lessons, as I discovered with my latest project, a men’s shirt from the “Wardrobe for Me”, Jensen Shirt pattern.
Inspired to create something unique, I chose a piece of polyester that mimicked the luxurious look and feel of silk, hoping to craft a shirt that was as elegant as it was interesting.
I found myself surrounded by piles of leftover jersey fabric from previous endeavours and some wonderfully cosy sweatshirt material that seemed to whisper promises of comfort and style. Inspired by this treasure trove of textiles, I embarked on a sewing spree that rekindled my passion for crafting and brought forth some delightful additions to Mine and Calla’s wardrobes.
